Reservations

A credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure accommodation and large restaurant bookings. For accommodation we do ask upon booking for the first nights accommodation as a non refundable deposit. All major credit cards are accepted with the exception of Dinners and American Express.

Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation we do reserve the right to charge an administration charge. Should you cancel within 2 weeks prior to arrival the full amount will be taken from the credit/debit card given to secure the booking, however if we are able to re-sell the room monies will be refunded. Holiday insurance is strongly recommended.

Accounts

All prices include 17.5% VAT. A discretionary 12.5% gratuity will be added to all restaurant meals and room service taken.

No allowance is made for meals not taken.

Arrival/Departure

Guests are asked to please vacate their rooms by 11.00am on the day of departure. Rooms will normally be available for incoming guests by 3.00pm.

Children

Children are welcome at Whitley Ridge. Cultured children who wish to dine from our menu with parents are welcome in the dining room. Children wishing simpler dishes can be catered for with a "Tea Menu" between 5pm and 6pm.

Cots (Limited availability)

Should you wish for us to provide a cot and linen a charge of £15.00 per night is made. There is no charge if you provide your own.

Z-beds (Limited availability) for children under 6 years will be charged at £25.00 per night to include continental breakfast. Children aged 7 years and over will be charged at £50.00 per night for bed and breakfast.

Dogs

The Piggery Suite is a dog friendly cottage. Should you wish to bring your dog with you a supplement charge of £10.00 per night will be made.

Please provide suitable bedding and food. We ask the owner to be responsible and clean up after their dog and to keep the dog on a lead whilst walking within the hotel grounds.
