Simply offers great brasserie-style 'New Forest' dining in a relaxed and informal restaurant setting. Our new head chef, James Golding, has created menus with a lovely twist using seasonal local produce, much of which is hand-picked daily from our walled kitchen garden. James has got some great experience
having worked in restaurants such as La Caprice and J Sheekey. Simply is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On warm days you’re welcome to eat outside on the Terrace and enjoy the beautiful New Forest surroundings.
