P/T Room Assistant

Whitley is looking for a hard working, enthusiastic individual to become part of our Housekeeping Team. Experience not essential; full on the job training will be provided. Whitely Ridge is located on the outskirts of Brockenhurst, in the heart of New Forest. There are a total of 16 bedrooms and two cottages (comfy beds, goose down duvets and pillows, Egyptian cotton linen etc...) with newly refurbished public areas and Simply( brasserie that features simplistic approach to dining in relaxed environment)

KITCHEN/GARDEN

P/T Gardener- enthusiastic and hardworking individual who enjoys gardens to assist our expert gardener in maintaining one of the best walled gardens in New Forest. Hours and working schedule- flexible

Chef de Partie & Demi Chef de Partie

We are looking for a hard working, enthusiastic individual to become part of our small kitchen team at Simply at Whitley Ridge. We are a newly launched Food and Beverage operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great team of chefs. Our food philosophy is based on forest foraging, freshly picked produce from our walled garden or indeed sourcing the best local produce available. Within a busy operation as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie you will be expected to work hard but reap the rewards of working in newly established 2 AA rosetted Kitchen. Experience at a similar level or background required; full on the job training will be provided. As a Demi  Chef de Partie you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of  food to "Simply" standards, while maintaining a clean, safe and tidy work environment at all times. AS a Chef de Parties will also be responsible for running of section as well as closely working with our Head Chef James in creating new menus. Working 5 days out of 7. Staff accommodation available.
